The inverted bucket steam trap is one of the sturdy steam traps in mechanical steam traps.
The inverted bucket steam trap uses the working principle of the density difference between condensed water and steam. The internal structure is connected to the inverted bucket by a lever system, overcoming the steam pressure switch. The inverted bucket steam trap is a liquid level sensitive component inside, and the opening of the inverted bucket is downward. When the device is first started, air and low-temperature condensate appear in the pipeline. At this time, the drain valve is fully open, and the air and low-temperature condensate are quickly discharged, causing the device to quickly raise the temperature. When steam enters the inverted bucket, it generates upward buoyancy, and the connecting lever of the inverted bucket drives the valve core to close the valve. There is a small hole on the inverted bucket that can automatically exhaust air. When some steam is discharged from the hole, another part of the steam produces condensate, causing the inverted bucket to lose buoyancy and sink. The connecting lever of the inverted bucket drives the valve core to open the valve. When steam enters the inverted bucket again, the valve closes again, circulates, and intermittently discharges water.

Product application:
